The BIG DOG CHAINS® Story
BIG DOG CHAINS® was founded in 2014 by Miguel Del Moral and Justin Low with a singular mission: to create premium dog collars that combine luxury jewelry craftsmanship with the strength and durability large dogs deserve.
Miguel is a respected jeweler from Montreal, Canada with over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry (www.bijouteriedelmoral.com). Justin has worked with luxury jewelry brands for over 20 years in more than 40 countries around the world. Together, they identified a significant gap in the pet jewelry market: a lack of fashionable, high-quality collars designed specifically for large breed dogs.
Our Innovation: Marine-Grade 316L Stainless Steel
We knew that creating the perfect collar for large dogs required finding the right material—one that would last a lifetime while offering the strength needed to handle truly powerful breeds. After extensive research and testing, we selected solid marine-grade 316L stainless steel, the same material used in luxury watches and marine applications.
