Joel was fantastic. He went out of his way to give me a call during the holidays to help me find and size the perfect dog chain. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. Its night and day compared to the other dog chain companies out there. The way the links are made and how it sits on your dogs neck fits perfect. Other dog chain companies are really thick links and low quality. The color rubs off also. You can tell it’s not comfortable on your dog as well. The links are too thick and bulky. No good. I recommend adding the engraving piece. It’s a nice touch and makes its personal. I’m very happy with my purchase. I also plan on getting another one for my pitbull.

We are repeat customers of Big Dog Chains, and there is a reason we keep coming back! Our boy Leopold is currently rocking the Kilo collar, and can we just take a moment to appreciate how ridiculously handsome he looks?! This collar is an absolute SHOWSTOPPER! The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are incredible. These aren't your average dog collars. They're bold, beautiful, solid, and made for dogs who deserve to look like the absolute royalty they think they are. We've purchased from Big Dog Chains more than once, and they continue to impress us. It's not often you find a company that delivers such fantastic products and an equally fantastic customer experience. If you're on the fence about ordering, consider this your sign to do it. Your dog deserves some serious neck bling! Big Dog Chains has earned our loyalty, and Leopold is more than happy to be a walking advertisement. Although, judging by his face, he knows he's kind of a big deal already. Five stars from us and four paws up from Leopold!

Great piece! Outstanding 🔥
My dog Blu (German shepherd) loves his chain
This collar hasn’t even lasted a year with limited use. I expected more because of the advertisement and price of this product. The gold plating has worn off and they want $80 to redo it. Our dog wears this collar a couple times a week. Mainly on weekends. Very poor quality in my opinion. I contacted them about the issue and they want $80 to re cover it. They did offer a free name tag, but I already purchased a name tag from them that is way too small for the chain. I would definitely not recommend this product.
Alpha is going to be 1 year old on May 13. This is one of his birthday presents. This chain looks amazing on him! First time I try it on him and decided to go on a hike and everyone was talking about his gold chain. He got lots of compliments.
I would recommend Big Dog Chains to absolutely any dog owner! Joel was a pleasure to work with and any questions we had he made sure we were taken care of. The products and customer service at Big Dog Chains are top tier! Not to mention, this chain looks absolutely bada** on our girl, Stella!
